It sounds like the account that you are printing the new checks from is still under the old Trust Account Code. You can add a new Trust Account by doing to Tools&gt; Trust Accounts&gt; and then click Add New Code. Enter in a Code and a description. Then go to Tools&gt;Check Printing Manager and Add a new check Style/Template. Let me know if you are not sure how to do this.</div>]]>

A prompt could be added to the document so that when you printed or viewed the HUD it would appear and remind you that the 1099 should be printed. Another option is for you to create a custom Print Folder in your User Readydocs tree. You could have one called Purchase and another called Refi. When you go to print you could print the whole folder and it would contain the HUD, 1099 and any other documents you wanted.<div>&nbsp;</div><div>I hope this information helps. </div>]]>
